He staged and trained in Rosette and Michelin-recommended restaurants, drawing influence from kitchens known for their exceptional standards, creative flair, and dedication to seasonality.
Notable mentors in Jake’s career include Alex Aitken, Chef Patron of The Jetty in Christchurch, and Sarah King, a culinary powerhouse who helmed elite establishments across New York, Dubai, and London.
